Theatre InspiraTO Reviews
Jan 2017 - Jun 2017

"The blueShow was comprised of 6 incredibly written 10 minute plays about life, death and what it means to grow up. The performances were strong, the writing was on point and the themes resonated with me."

- Justin Borrow, staff writer for The Theatre Reader

"(The Great Engine) Flipping between childhood fantasies of trains and the mystical to the flawed adults they became. The writing had delightful moments that were like a time machine to childhood."

-  Mary-Margaret Scrimger, My Entertainment World

The Tenth Muse Review - Dec 2017

Kelsey was featured in Mooney on Theatre's review of The Tenth Muse.

"Kelsey Dann, who was my favourite actor in the piece, was able to slide seamlessly between characters as Sappho’s girlfriend, young and grown daughter Cleïs, mother (also named Cleïs), an academic and elder of Lesbos. Dann brings a different energy and air that give depth and genuineness to each character."

Picton Gazette - Tale of a Town
21.07.2016

Kelsey was featured in an article in the Picton Gazette about her performance in Tale of A Town - Prince Edward County.

"...(Festival Players Young Company members Chelsea Riesz and Kelsey Dann) introduced themselves through their own cheesy cute, over-the-top ditty about how they're moving to the county, bringing their trendy pastimes with them, sampling Chardonnay, and, of course, looking for their reservations at the Drake."

"In a compelling mixture of media and live theatre, stories... came to life. Meanwhile, DiGeatano, Reisz, and Dann brought their stories to life on stage."

"... production was a worthy entry highlighting the social fabric of this community as part of FiXt Point's cross-Canada dramatic scrapbook leading up to Canada's 150th anniversary next year."
